Shipping Timelines & Methods

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. If you select or require an expedited delivery service, please take this into account. If an order is time-sensitive, please call our office at 877-902-9417 to check current stock status or to arrange for a direct factory drop ship (Requires 3-4 day shipping option)

USPS Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service nor RAJ ( will provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via USPS Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date.

  • Shipping Tips and Information:
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST are not processed until the following business day.
  • The cutoff for expedited shipping options is 12:00 pm EST.
  • Overnight shipments do NOT include Saturday or Sunday deliveries. There are no shipping methods that will guarantee delivery on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not considered shipping days for any method of shipping.
  • International customers may be subject to additional duties and taxes due to the carrier that are separate from the cost of international shipping charged by RAJ.

International Orders

Important Notice: Customers are Responsible for Additional Duties and Taxes for International Shipments

Please be advised that for shipments outside of the USA, customers are solely responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are separate from shipping fees and are not included in your order total. Kindly check with your local customs office to determine any applicable fees before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. 


All requests for returns must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Returned parts must be new, unused and resalable (still in its original packaging). Hoses and electrical components are not eligible for a refund unless the error was caused by RAJ ( or the manufacturer (Hardi-US). If a part was installed it will be considered used and will no longer be eligible for a return or refund.

All returns made that are not defective or the error of or of the manufacturer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If your request for return has been approved, we will notify you via email with the return instructions including the RA #. Any packages that arrive without an RA # will be refused. You have 30 days from the day the RA # is issued to return your merchandise.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your return back to our Crystal River, FL warehouse or the manufacturer warehouse.All shipping charges related to returns are non-refundable unless the error was caused by RAJ ( or the manufacturer (Hardi-US). Return packages shipped as COD will be rejected. Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a minimum $10 Service Fee. You have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking and insurance for your return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected by (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.


After you process your return, simply place a new order for the item(s) you want. Please note that you will still be responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to RAJ ( or the manufacturer (Hardi-US).

Used / Damaged Parts

Any parts that have been installed will no longer be eligible for a return unless the error was the fault of RAJ ( or the manufacturer (Hardi-US)

Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like.
